I have loaded a jigsaw puzzle grid in jpeg and used trace image but it gives double lines on all cuts. Anyway to change this?

I usually have no problem welding or subtracting portions of image. BUT, once and awhile I run head into a problem. I have clicked on curved line and base of tree, can’t seem to weld together or remove bottom portion of tree?

Macbook Pro OS Catalina. Downloaded latest license from Lightburn for my Ortur. Open workpage up and file, all set to go. Says ready and laser acts like no command sent. Won’t home, won’t frame, won’t move at all. I checked all cables, machine is definitely on and connected. Moves in little dance when turned on but thats it. Help?

I just updated Lightburn and now my speeds and power setting dont function like they did. before 200 speed at 85% would cut 3mm. Now even 17 at 90 will not cut in one pass. Any Ideas why?Sculpfun S30. 10 W laser.

After the update my position cross no longer comes on and when I frame something the laser will fire and it looks like it is in the correct place but when I run the file it is way off. Help?
