Chanelink Privacy Terms

In order to protect the privacy rights of Chanelink users and provide a more secure internet environment, Shenzhen Chanelink Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chanelink") will formulate the "Chanelink Privacy Terms" (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") in accordance with the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant regulations and policies. 1. Personal information collection and processing methods

1.1 When you register and use a Chanelink account, we will collect the phone/email, account, password, and avatar you have voluntarily filled out. If you refuse to provide them, it may result in the inability to use the core functions.

1.2 When you participate in online or offline activities organized by Chanelink, in order to facilitate contact and delivery of prizes, you will need to provide necessary personal information, such as email, phone number, name, shipping address, etc., and process and utilize your personal information within the specific purpose range. Without your consent, we will not use your personal information for other purposes.

1.3 When you share content on Chanelink, your content may be recorded by search engines. When you use the search service provided by Chanelink, we will collect your query keyword information, device information, etc. In order to provide efficient search services, some of this information will be temporarily stored on your local storage device. Your keyword information cannot individually identify your personal identity. To avoid personal trouble, we suggest that you do not include any personal information related to you in the shared content.

1.4 When you use functions such as scanning QR codes, taking photos, taking videos, and microphones, we need to collect some of your information, such as QR code information, images, videos, etc. If you refuse to provide it, it will only prevent you from using the feature, but it will not affect your normal use of other features of the product and/or service. At the same time, you can also enable/disable this permission at any time through relevant function settings. By enabling this permission, you authorize us to access, obtain, collect, and use your personal information; After you cancel the authorization, we will no longer collect this information and will no longer be able to provide you with the corresponding services mentioned above; But unless you delete your personal information in accordance with legal regulations, your cancellation will not affect our processing and storage of personal information based on your previous authorization.

1.5 In order to adapt to using the Chanelink App and third-party platform services on different mobile devices, achieve your ability to receive information push, log in to third-party platform accounts, share information, locate and receive advertising information through third-party platforms, the Chanelink App is connected to a third-party SDK. Some third-party SDKs connected to the Chanelink App may call your device permissions to obtain your relevant information. The application will also obtain your IMEI information in the background/silent state, obtain the user's software installation list, MAC address, so that you can use the corresponding functions normally on different mobile devices or third-party platforms. 1.6 Chanelink may collect your personal information without your consent or authorization when it involves national security and interests, social and public interests, related activities related to criminal investigation, the safety of your or others' lives and property, but cannot obtain your timely authorization in special circumstances, can access other legally open channels, or other situations stipulated by laws and regulations.

2. Use and external provision of personal information
Without my permission, Chanelink will not disclose your personal information to any third party (including through sharing, transfer, public disclosure, etc.)
Except for the following situations:

2.1 When Chanelink has obtained your authorization or consent.
2.2 When judicial or administrative authorities require Chanelink to provide information based on legal procedures.
2.3 When Chanelink files a lawsuit or arbitration against users to protect its legitimate rights and interests.
2.4 According to the relevant service terms and application license agreement between you and Chanelink.

3. Protection of Personal Information

Chanelink will use all lawful and reasonable means to protect the user information it obtains, including but not limited to the following:
3.1 Provide browsing services through HTTPS and other means to ensure the security of user data during transmission.
3.2 Encrypt and save user personal information by using encryption technology.
3.3 Protect personal information by using data access control and multiple identity authentication technology to avoid unauthorized use of data. And individual authorized official staff will handle and protect the matter, and sign relevant confidentiality clauses. If there are any violations, relevant legal responsibilities will be pursued.

4. Management of personal information
4.1 You have the right to legally access and change your personal information on your own or by contacting customer service. Before changing the information, we will verify your identity.
4.2 If your personal information violates relevant laws, regulations, and regulations (such as if your avatar or content is suspected of being pornographic or using uncivilized language), we have the right to delete or modify it without obtaining my consent.
4.3 Please keep your personal account, password, and other information properly and do not provide it to third parties, otherwise you will be solely responsible for any losses caused.

5. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies can help websites identify registered users, calculate the number of users, and are usually used by various websites to determine whether registered users have already logged in. To improve service/product quality and maintain the normal operation of core functions, Chanelink will place and call our cookies on your computer. At the same time, if you do not want personal information to be kept in cookies, you can set the privacy level to high in the browser features you are using, which can refuse the writing of cookies. However, it may cause some core functions of the website to not function properly.

6. Processing of Personal Information of Minors
Chanelink attaches great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should ensure that you have obtained the consent of your guardian before using Chanelink's services. If you apply to register an account on Chanelink, Chanelink will assume that you have obtained the above consent. Chanelink will focus on protecting the personal information of minors in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations and the provisions of this Chanelink Privacy Clause. If your guardian does not agree with your use of our services or the provision of information to us in accordance with these guidelines, please immediately terminate your use of our services and notify us promptly.

7. How to modify this Chanelink privacy clause

The Chanelink Privacy Terms will be amended as needed at any time, and the revised Chanelink Privacy Terms will be publicly available on the Chanelink website.

8. Dispute Resolution
When you have any questions about this clause or believe that it has harmed your legitimate interests, please contact Chanelink customer service（ service@chanelink.com）The customer service will provide you with answers and negotiate for a solution. If a solution cannot be reached through negotiation, both parties have the right to file a lawsuit in the court of Chanelink's jurisdiction in accordance with the registration agreement.
