Latest Upgrade Problem

Everytime I try to install the latest upgrade, I get an error that says:
Setup was unable to create the directory “C:\Users\Glenda~1\AppData\Local\Temp\is-N8JJ9.tmp”.
Error 5: Access is denied
I don’t know why it is doing this. Any ideas?

This sounds like a Windows permissions issue. Try right-clicking the installer and selecting ‘Run as administrator’.
