Why is the grating protection signal of RDV6555G control system ineffective?
The controller used for my device is RDV6555G, which has been connected to a grating protection device. However, in actual operation, I tried to block the grating multiple times, but the machine continued to move and did not stop processing. During the inspection process, it was found that the device had no alarm prompts, IO signal feedback was abnormal, and the grating protection function was not effective. How to solve this problem? Confirm whether the gate control protection signal line is correctly connected between the control system and the laser. Check if the barrier protection signal circuit is loose, poorly connected, or disconnected.
