I have a CO₂ laser cutting machine equipped with a Ruida RDC8445S controller. After booting up, it gets stuck in the loading interface and cannot start. How to solve this problem?

If the controller started showing this issue after an unexpected power outage, firmware corruption is highly likely. Please ensure all connecting cables—especially the ribbon cable between the controller and the control panel—are securely attached and not loose.
The issue may stem from the USB drive itself. As an alternative, could you try loading the files via a USB fingerprint drive? If that’s not feasible, please consider assigning a static IP to the controller and using WiFi for file transmission instead.
