Resposta aceitaI am also using RDD6616U. Enter the manufacturer's parameters, check the tool corresponding to the A-axis, and set the rotation mode to independent mode.

Why can't the A-axis tool of RDD6616U controller be tested for deviation angle?
Hello everyone! I encountered an issue while using the RDD6616U controller: the A-axis tool cannot perform angle testing. Every time the tool test is attempted, the system does not respond, displays error messages, or simply stagnates. After inspection, I have confirmed that there are no issues with the hardware and connections of the A-axis, and that the testing functions of the other axes are normal. A-axis not properly enabled or not connected, controller panel → "Axis Status" or "Servo Status", confirm A-axis is in online/ready state
