My controller is an RDC6442S‑B(EC). The distance between my computer and the controller is 15 meters. Can I connect them using an Ethernet cable? Additionally, for this distance, which connection method would be better—USB or Ethernet?

Of course, you can use an Ethernet cable. Standard Cat5 or Cat6 cables theoretically maintain stable signal transmission up to 100 meters. Since your distance is only 15 meters, it will definitely work without any issues. In fact, Ethernet provides more reliable signal stability than USB.
