RDV6332M controller identification deviation

EDCE79BA

My CO2 visual cutting encountered recognition bias issues when using the RDV6332M controller. Whenever the system performs automatic recognition, the output results always have certain errors compared to the actual situation, resulting in low work efficiency. I conducted a preliminary inspection and found that the parameter settings appeared normal, but I was unable to resolve the issue of inaccurate recognition. Who can help me? Thank you very much!

After successful calibration, align the standard grid generated by the software with the grid taken in the photo, and check the degree of overlap. In the case of full frame calibration, the normal cross XY offset value is less than 1mm. Click on the import image to import the uncorrected image (saved in the temp folder in the file directory), and then load the corners to see if the corner positions are added correctly

  • Is there a problem with the mechanical part? For example, motor stepping loss or beam deformation can also lead to deviations

  • Ensure that the Mark points in the image are in the same position as the Mark points on the actual object. If the Mark point setting is not accurate, the controller may not be able to correctly recognize the target position. Check if the Mark points are within the operating range of the device and ensure that the image markers are aligned with the actual ones.
