RDC6555G controller laser cannot be controlled
I am using the RDC6555G controller to prepare for processing, but I have found that the laser cannot respond to commands properly. Whether adjusting the power or modifying the path parameters, the laser head does not emit a beam, and the device display interface prompts an abnormality. After attempting to restart the controller or replace the connection cable, the problem still persists. Any ideas?

If the laser on signal emitted by the controller is opposite to the level required by the laser, the laser will not start.

Enter the manufacturer parameters or machine configuration menu of the control software, find the laser type option, and confirm that its settings are consistent with the laser type you are actually using.
