RDC6555G controller cutting path is chaotic

3AF36123

Hello! I encountered a problem while using the RDC6555G control system for laser cutting: the cutting paths in the same graphic are confused. After preparing the cutting file, I followed the usual steps to load and set the parameters, and all configurations were carried out according to previous standards. However, during the cutting process, the movement trajectory of the laser head was not as smooth as expected, the path was clearly disordered, and the cutting sequence did not follow the reasonable order of the graphics. This has had a significant impact on my processing, who can help me analyze the reasons and solve them? Thank you.

  • If there are broken or repeated lines in the graphic, the controller will treat them as multiple independent paths, resulting in disordered cutting paths. In RDWorksV8, you can edit → delete repeated lines
    Edit → Auto Close
