RDC6332NM controller alarm light does not respond when connected to relay alarm

My device is paired with the RDC6332NM control system. Every time the system triggers an alarm, the relay should trigger the alarm light to flash, but in reality, the alarm light never lights up. Checked the electrical connection between the relay and the alarm light to ensure that there is no looseness or disconnection, and also confirmed that the power supply of the alarm light and relay is normal. What went wrong? Who can help me? Thank you!
