RDC6332NM, abnormal voltage at the laser control signal port

Oliver

Hello everyone, the issue from last time has been resolved. However, I encountered a new problem today. My RDC6332NM control system is experiencing an abnormal voltage at the laser control signal port. When in standby mode, there is an output voltage of 4.7V at the L-AN port. Is there anyone who can help me further? Thanks in advance.

  • Due to the differential output wiring method used by the controller, the voltage value of the L-AN port varies with power, and the output voltage value changes with power. The lower the power, the higher the output voltage, which intersects with the PWM output voltage.

  • It may be a fault in the internal interface circuit of the laser, causing a short circuit and lowering the control voltage.
