I have a question about the severe shaking of the RDC6332NM cutting head

jessie

My laser equipment has been working continuously for more than ten hours, using RDC6332NM. Now there is a problem where the cutting head has severe overshoot or shaking when following the state. How can I adjust it?

Due to dirt on the cutting head nozzle after prolonged work and changes in the structure of the capacitive sensor, the characteristics of the capacitive sensor have changed, resulting in this situation. At this time, an original calibration is required. That is, at a distance of 1.1 mm from the metal plate (to stabilize the cutting head), adjust the potentiometer knob on the amplifier, observe the display window, and set it to 5.5~6V. After setting, perform an automatic focus search.

    • You're right, the laser head has indeed been working continuously for too long. I have recalibrated it and the problem has been resolved. Thank you for your reply

  • The parameters of the capacitive sensor have changed. Capacitive sensors and amplifiers need to be recalibrated
