I am using the RDC6563FG control card, but there is shaking when the laser head moves with it

I encountered another problem today. My device is equipped with an RDC6563FG control card, but when the laser head moves, it shakes. I don't know if it's due to poor contact or capacitor calibration. Can anyone help me?

There is severe shaking, I suggest you check the following points and adjust them
    1. Ensure good contact between the amplifier housing (or metal plate) and the machine tool
    2. Re calibrate the capacitor
    3. Appropriately increase the jitter filtering time
    4. Reduce servo rigidity
    5. Connect the height regulator PGND to the machine casing and connect the casing to the ground

    • I have checked them one by one, and I have recalibrated the capacitor. It has been resolved.

  • If the board shakes during blowing, it will cause cutting shaking.

  • I suggest you check the servo drive, the rigidity setting may be too large.
