I try to connect my new Omtech K40+ but it is not recognized by the software. Driver is install and K40+ run on Lightburn withot problem. Whay should I do?

    What is the controller model and is the driver name recognized as USB Serial Converter in the device manager? You can try manually adding and modifying USB port connections
