Some suggestions: 1. check that the camera works with other camera software 2. try a different USB port, preferably USB3 3. make sure that you’ve given both camera and microphone access to LightBurn in Windows security if on Windows and equivalent on Mac. 4. go to LightBurn Edit->Settings. Toggle between Camera Capture System choices and retry. This is only available on Windows and doesn’t apply to other OSes.
