Problems encountered when using different layers for cutting and carving

Hi Folks,
i want to cut Parts for a Modell airplane, but there is only small differences between this parts, so i have to engrave some Numbers on them.
I marked this Numbers and set them to Layer 02. In cutting options i reduced the Laser Intensity so that he only engrave this parts.
But how can i set Lightburn, that its doing First the engraving and after that cut? Just Change all Layers back? So that Engrave Settings is on Layer 00 and Cut Settings are on Layer 01?

Any Ideas?

      Set ‘order by layer’ in the ‘optimization settings’ as shown below. Then have your engrave layer 1st and the cut layer 2nd in the cuts/layers palette.
