Inspection items for invalid exit of fiber laser cutting control system
The fiber laser cutting control system cannot be exited and restarts after a period of time, which may be related to panel communication, power supply, or interface issues. The following aspects can be checked:
1. Check whether the panel connection cable is normal
First, check whether the connection cable between the control panel and the main control system is secure and functioning properly. Make sure the cable is not loose, disconnected, or in poor contact. Also inspect the cable for any signs of damage, such as cuts, bending, or compression. If the connection is unstable, the panel commands may not be transmitted correctly, which can result in the Exit button not responding or the system restarting unexpectedly. If necessary, unplug and reconnect the cable to ensure a firm connection.
2. Check whether the connector pins are damaged
Inspect the connector ports on both the control panel and the main board to see if any pins are bent, broken, oxidized, or deformed. Damaged or poorly connected pins can interrupt signal transmission, preventing the panel commands from reaching the control system and causing the buttons to become unresponsive or the system to behave abnormally. If damaged pins are found, the connector should be repaired or replaced.
3. Check whether the power port is supplying power normally
Confirm that the power supply port of the equipment is providing stable power. Check whether the power plug, wiring terminals, and power cable are securely connected. A multimeter can be used to measure whether the power port has the correct voltage output, in order to rule out problems caused by unstable power supply or poor electrical contact.
4. Check whether the 24V power supply voltage is stable
The control system typically relies on a 24V power supply. If the voltage fluctuates significantly or is lower than required, it may cause the system to run unstably, resulting in automatic restarts or unresponsive buttons. It is recommended to use a multimeter to measure the output voltage of the 24V power supply and confirm that it is within the normal range with minimal fluctuation. If the voltage is abnormal, the power supply module should be inspected or replaced.
