The camera suddenly deviates from the "Y" axis

What would suddenly cause the camera to be about 2 inches off in the Y axis? I was using the camera for a few cuts to salvage some scrap and it was working perfectly as usual then from one set up to the next, it framed two inches higher in the Y axis than showed in the picture, There were no bumps or shocks to the lid or cabinet, the alignment was just suddenly off, The cam mount is tight and seemingly unmoved.
