This suggestion is to replace the motherboard with the same power. There is also a possibility that replacing the EEPROM can work, but there is no guarantee that it will be good.

Panasonic A5II series servo driver
Panasonic driver MFDKTA390E-3KW motherboard is broken. A 750W motherboard has been replaced and an ERR.95 alarm has been triggered when powered on (motor and driver do not match). Please advise on how to modify the power value. The manual does not modify the power parameters.
