the head starts going up and down to make radius and certain curves they came out precise but take too long and I'm wondering if there is any setting i can try to solve this issue

The control signal for both laser are on all the time. Lightburn shows laser 1 and 2 but it’s not turning off other laser. I still have TL voltage to power supply. I’m at loss as to what to do. I’ve tried RDWorks settings and Lightburn neither changes output. I know it’s something simple.
