Issue with CN6 of Ruida Controller RDC6445S(EC)
- I have 150W Chinese Laser machine, it is is fitted with Ruida RDC6445S(EC), it is double head laser machine. Head 1 is connected with CN-5 and Head 2 is connected with CN-6.
- I have issue since I received the machine, Head 1 is firing laser normally, but Head 2 does not fire, I have double checked all the setting in Ruida controller and RDWorks.
- When I pulse from the ammeter the laser head fires, but does not respond to the software (checked with both RDWorks and LightBurn).
- In order to check I swapped CN-6 connector with CN-5, head 2 fires normally, then using the Multimeter I checked the outputs of both CN-5 and CN-6, I figured out that the output pin L-ON2 do not goes down from 4.3 volts to low value to enable the Laser power supply, as CN-5 L-ON1 which changes from 4.3 volts to low value to enable the Laser power, both laser heads signals are selected for signal LOW.
- Kindly help me out to resolve the issue.

C915A9E2AuthorDear Payson, Thankyou for your reply, I have same settings as you advised but unfortunately Laser 2 is still NOT firing, Kindly suggest if there are some more settings etc, I am afraid that physically CN-6 hardware port is not faulty, as I have double checked all the software settings, highlighted on different forums on the internet. However you can still suggest whatever are possible solutions, waiting for the reply, I have attached screen shots of my setting in Rudia / RDWorks
