Why does the dual blade of RDD6584G control system vibrate?
My machine is equipped with an RDD6584G controller. Today, I encountered a problem where there was significant vibration during dual blade cutting, resulting in a decrease in overall stability and machining accuracy. How can I correct this issue?

Is your blade securely installed? If the double blade is not securely installed or the connection part of the blade is loose, it may cause vibration during operation. Check if the fixed components of the blade are securely installed and if there are any looseness or sources of vibration.
