Enable Deep Engraving Mode. Use these as baseline settings for aluminum deep engraving. Always run a step test on scrap material and adjust accordingly.
Pulse Width: 200–300 ns (Long)
Frequency: 20–40 kHz (Low)
Power: 80–100% (High)
Speed: 200–500 mm/s (Low)
Hatch Spacing: 0.02–0.03 mm (High density)
Passes: 2–5 (Multiple passes recommended)
