What are the best apps for creating and editing SVG files?

Inkscape es sin duda la mejor opción. Es gratuito y cubre todas tus necesidades. Es fácil aprender lo básico, pero ten en cuenta que su funcionalidad es extremadamente potente; dominarlo por completo puede llevar años de aprendizaje. Sin embargo, para ti, dominar lo básico puede ser suficiente para tu trabajo actual, y puedes aprender funciones más avanzadas gradualmente.

Si realmente quieres profundizar, puedes escribir archivos SVG con un editor de texto o generar texto mediante scripts. Solo lo he hecho unas pocas veces, pero resuelve ciertos problemas.

Alternatively, Affinity Studio (formerly called Affinity Designer) is also a free option, but I personally find Inkscape's open-source nature more appealing.

Illustrator > CorelDraw > Affinity Designer > Inkscape

Sortiert nach Preis:

Affinity Designer > Inkscape > CorelDraw > Illustrator

I use Inkscape for designing, and then import the designed files into Lightburn for cutting.

Inkscape, absolutely.

To be honest, I only use LightBurn. It meets all my needs and is easier to get started with and learn than Inkscape and Illustrator. Besides, LightBurn is already installed on my laser cutter. However, LightBurn is paid software, so it requires a certain budget.

If we're only talking about editing SVG files, I'd choose Illustrator because it has the most powerful features of all such software.
