I found an abnormality in the motherboard during routine equipment inspection of the RDC8445S control system. The panel originally used to control laser engraving and cutting cannot start, and the screen remains black. Even if the power is reconnected or restarted multiple times, the panel still does not display anything. I tried to confirm that the physical connection between the panel and the motherboard is normal by replacing the connection cable and checking the interface, but the problem still exists. Принятый ответUse a multimeter to measure the 24V and GND terminals on the motherboard. The voltage should be around 23–25V.
Check if the motherboard's Power/Run indicator light is illuminated.
Possible scenarios:
No 24V → Power supply unit failure or circuit break.
Voltage normal but light not on → Motherboard may be damaged.
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot, hoping to help you solve the problem.
1. Firstly, confirm whether the motherboard wiring port is short circuited
2. Confirm if the motherboard lights up and if the ARR light is on
3. Check the connection wires between the motherboard and panel
4. Is the power supply connection line short circuited
