Hi, can you please advise. Is there any way to ensure that the beginning (3-5 mm) is also cut through when cutting the poplar plywood? I can increase the power or decrease the speed, but then the rest will be pretty burnt. A ramp like a cnc milling machine would be good. Thanks.

Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Ortur LM2, 10W diode, creality chuck rotary.That’s supposed to be a 0.25” circle. Ran it at 40 inches per min and the results speak for themselves. I’m confident the tumbler is not slipping in the chuck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

When I home my machine (JTech Laser / Shapeoko 3 XL) I get position and it shows up in the 800’s. See the attached JPG. I leave the machine in the home position and restart Lightburn I get the same thing or once I restarted it and got 33. I can’t get it to come up zero even though it seems to be homing okay physically.
