My RDC6612U control system has encountered a new issue. As usual, when I select the processing file, the screen first displays "Reading" normally, and the progress bar slowly advances. However, after about 30 seconds, the interface suddenly stopped responding, followed by a prompt of "communication failure". I tried restarting the device, but the problem still didn't get resolved. There are many possibilities. For example, the file being read may be damaged or too large. If it is being read through a USB flash drive, there may be a problem with the quality of the drive or compatibility issues.
It could also be due to the controller's memory being full or a faulty motherboard
Is your file too large, which may cause read exceptions? You can test a small file first
