RDV6555G control system, why can't the first point be pieced together?

F95F7D54

When using the RDV6555G control system for graphic stitching processing, I found that the first point could not be accurately aligned. At first, only a few files had slight misalignment, thinking it was due to layout or positioning issues, but after repeated processing, the problem still persisted. Every time the device returns to its starting position after completing a path, there will always be small gaps between the beginning and end, and sometimes even obvious overlaps. I hope someone can help me, thank you!

    Suggest checking the following items:
    1. Check if the step distance is correct
    2. Is the axis response speed synchronized
    3. Is the server response parameter set properly

  • Check the tightness of the belt. If the belt is too loose, it will cause backlash and result in misalignment of the starting and ending points. Adjust to the appropriate tension. In addition, check the fixing screws between the synchronous wheel and the motor shaft. If the top screw is loose, slight slippage may occur, and errors may accumulate after long-term operation.
