Have you ever imagined finding exquisitely designed and vibrant buildings in an industrial park? The headquarters of Deutschengen in Germany is such a place that combines creativity and practicality.
Carefully planned and focused sustainable architecture combines design and functionality, showcasing the best appearance of industrial architecture and a vivid practice of its corporate spirit and values.

Design concept
Barkow Leibinger is responsible for almost all the construction projects of the Tokugawa Dickens headquarters, from the employee restaurant to the fitness center, showcasing practicality and sustainable innovation in every aspect. These designs have won multiple national and world-class architectural awards, providing unique spatial experiences for employees and visitors of Trumpf.

Regine Leibinger, Managing Partner of Barkow Leibinger, said, "In order to design buildings quickly, efforts must be made to understand the workings of everything here, from laser technology and machine tool technology, all the way to digitization, artificial intelligence, and EUV."

The main entrance is exquisitely designed, and visitors can easily see that Trumpf Machine Tool is the perfect choice for sheet metal laser cutting when looking up.

All kinds of artworks have a place in Trumpf. On the corridor leading to the restaurant hangs the famous quote of Indian Mahatma Gandhi, and next to it are photos of Indian women laughing, showcasing Trumpf's respect and admiration for art.

Public areas for employees
Bertold Leibinger, former CEO of Trumpf Group, is well aware of the importance of excellent architecture. He once said, "High quality work only appears in high-quality workplaces."
Oliver Maassen, Chief Human Resources Officer of Trumpf, agrees that "a good work environment and excellent management culture are key factors for a company's success."

Public areas and lounges are important places for employees to communicate and collaborate, promoting the collision of innovation and inspiration.
1. Fitness Center

The fitness center is located at the top of the logistics center, overlooking the A81 highway that extends to both sides, making it an excellent location to observe urban traffic. Employees exercise here, enjoy natural light and a wide field of vision, reduce work pressure, and increase the enjoyment of life.

2. Employee Restaurant

The Blautopf staff restaurant, as a gathering and social venue, is also a shining gem within the headquarters of Dickens. In 2023, a concert was also held here to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Zhu Tong's birth, showcasing the vitality and cultural heritage of the enterprise.

Customer's social space
"Customers are the most important visitors to the company, and we rely on them as the purpose of our work." This sentence deeply reflects the importance that Trumpf attaches to customer relationships. The customer center is not only a place to showcase products and technology, but also an important platform for communication, cooperation, and sharing of innovative achievements.

During the INTECH Technology Open Day, Dickens customer center was particularly popular. Trumpf is committed to making every visitor, including young people, interested in new products and technologies through games and displays that are suitable for their age.

From the facade and roof to the interior, a large number of Trumpf manufactured sheet metal elements can be seen everywhere, reflecting the excellent product quality of Trumpf Manufacturing and leaving a deep impression on customers.

Comprehensive development
The architecture of the headquarters of Trumpf Diqin Gen elevates the definition of an industrial park to a new level with its unique design, innovative spatial experience, and sustainable development concept.
Looking ahead to the future, Trumpf will continue to build new training centers and customer centers, injecting a continuous stream of vitality into the development of the enterprise.
