Processing such a large gear, coupled with rotating bearings, bearing supports, and so on, is more expensive than a cam splitter, and assembling it yourself increases the risk.

Is the precision of multi position repetitive positioning high in servo driven gear transmission?
Is the servo motor driving the outer gear to drive the inner gear to rotate and move as shown in the diagram, and is the precision of repeated positioning in multiple positions reliable during operation? For example, the module of the internal gear is 4 and the number of teeth is 220.

This is related to the accuracy of your gears, bearings, assembly, and clearance. The accuracy of the servo motor is not a problem. If cost is not considered, it is recommended to directly install a cam splitter or a hollow rotating platform. If you don't have experience, you really can't do it well if you want high precision.
