The controller used for my device is RDC6612U. After downloading the virtual array graphics drawn on the computer to the control panel, there was a significant deviation in locating the actual machining coordinates, resulting in inaccurate machining positions and inability to align with the expected design positions. How can I solve this problem? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Ensure that the individual shapes used to generate the array are closed, non overlapping, and non self intersecting legal vector shapes. In the control software, carefully check the "number of rows", "number of columns", "row spacing", and "column spacing" of the array.

I was too careless. The graphics file of the virtual array has messy lines. After deleting it, it worked fine. Thank you
