Hi， I would like to ask a question about the RDC6612U controller. When performing laser cutting operations on the large vision system, I encountered a problem while drawing the grid to obtain the format. When the software is confirming the format, a prompt suddenly pops up saying "Y format overlimit", which prevents further operation. Thank you in advance for any suggestions!

Carefully check the parameter settings of the "virtual array" or "grid" function in the control software, especially the "number of rows", "number of columns", "row spacing", and "column spacing". If one of the values is set too high, causing the total height of the entire array to exceed the effective machining range of the Y-axis of the machine tool, the system will report an error.
