RDC6332NM controller cutting head movement abnormality

Firstly, check if the upper limit switch is effective. Secondly, set the parameters to disable both collision alarm and limit. If the phenomenon disappears, it indicates that the limit or collision alarm has been triggered. Additionally, check if the set limit polarity corresponds to the type of limit switch.

Touch the cutting head with a metal object and observe whether the collision indicator light on the amplifier and the corresponding indicator light on the height adjustment box are on. If it doesn't light up, it can be basically determined that there is a fault with the sensor or amplifier itself.

It may be a fault with the Z-axis upper limit switch. Check if the Z-axis upper limit sensor is loose or damaged, if the wire is disconnected, and if the connector is loose. Turn on the device and enter the control panel to check the DI input status. Manually touch the limit switch to see if the signal changes. If the signal remains the same, the limit is broken or there is a problem with the circuit.
