How to communicate and control the private servo motor in real-time?

May I ask if you are planning to use a laser displacement sensor to scan the parts, and then use a servo motor with a grinding wheel to follow the contour of the parts for polishing? How should you configure the hardware?

  • It seems that you need to develop a more advanced motion control PLC, which at least supports CAN communication. The same servo also needs to support high-speed communication protocol, and the overall cost is quite considerable.
