Y-Axis doesn’t move and makes sounds

Today I wanted to do a cut. but the Y-axis move doesn’t work! On the first try to frame the project, the Y movement stopped making the sound it does when getting to the end of the frame but the project is larger… but, it hadn’t reached the end of the frame. Now, It doesn’t move anymore, making the same sound. I loosend and tied the belts, cleaned the frame, improved the screws. everything seemed to be ok.
I hope, I didn’t crash the motor?

      If you remove the belt from the Y motor can you see the shaft spin when using the Move controls for up and down?
If not, recheck all cables and connectors. Make sure there’s no damage and that the connectors are well seated.
If you cannot see movement, try swapping cables for X and Y motor. Does the issue stay with the motor or does the issue move to the other motor?
