While cutting on the Atomstack X24 Pro, the laser head encountered an obstacle on the work surface. Since then, the y-axis movement has not been performed correctly. The movement and noise are like rattling.

      Start looking for a mechanical problem…
1. Loose timing belt.
2. Loose pulley set screw.
3. Loose coupling set screw on the cross shaft.
4. Loose alignment wheels on the Gantry.
