Dear technical department
I recently purchased 2 units of the RDC6445S controller to install on two laser cutting machines
and I have some questions to ask.
1 - What is the function of the IN1 input of the CN2 connector?
2 - Where can I find updated firmware for my controller?
3 - The RTlink port is a standard RS232 (+12v/-12V) or TTL port?
4 - I work with large parts on my machine. I need a keyboard with just pulse, start, stop and directional controls
on the other side of the machine. What protocol can I use to send these commands via RTLink?
5 - Is there any RTLink port protocol documentation to download?

Thanks in advance
Adilson Ferreira

    • 1. The IN1 input interface of CN2 port is reserved and does not need to be connected.
      2. The updated firmware of the controller can only be obtained by contacting our after-sales technicians or salesmen, and there is no need to update the firmware frequently when there is no technical optimization version update under normal circumstances.
      3. RT link is a standard RS232 port.
      4. We can use our wireless handle for signal docking, and use the handle to establish high-speed wireless communication with the receiver, so that users can control the motherboard through the wireless handle to control the cutting machine stably and reliably within a certain range. It works in parallel with the operation panel of the controller and has no interference and conflict. It is convenient for machine debugging and control, improving work efficiency and convenient and reliable communication. For specific matching handle models, please contact the salesperson for consultation.

        • : blue sea Thank you for your response. I'm purchasing a BWK301R, but it won't solve my problem. I need a set of push buttons for start, stop, pulse and directional. The problem with wireless control is that it requires batteries and I've seen that it has a short lifespan. If it doesn't exist for sale, I would like to implement one. The protocol would be of great help.
