Ruida RDC6442g no x,y,or z axis

11-11Hello, is there an alarm on the control panel, 14 and 15 indicators are normal, you can operate the XY axis arrow keys on the panel to move, see if the coordinate display value will change, if the value changes but the device is not controlled, can not move, then check whether the motor connection line or motor performance is normal. Use the above steps to determine whether it is the control card or the motor.

: There is no alarm on the panel control. I can push the buttons on the controller and the controller beeps but the values don't change on the screen. As well as the head doesn't move the only time that i can get the head to move is during the initial startup and the laser head zeros automatically. I tried the diagnosis screen all the boxes are grey as they are supposed to be. I tried going into my files and now I see that the files don't show on my screen as well. Thanks for the help it much appreciated as I am new to this.

: Hello, you can also try to control the X/Y axis movement of the equipment in the software debugging interface to confirm whether it is a motor problem or the panel failure, if the software debugging interface can control the use of the equipment normally, then you can judge that it is caused by the failure of the panel or the connection line, and you can directly contact the equipment manufacturer to deal with it.
