10w Elegoo Phecda can not cut 1mm cardboard

I am new in lightburn and diode lasers yet i owned a 10 watt elegoo phecda laser and set in with the lightburn. watched all the videos and checked all the parameters, focusing done and i am using full air asist with the honeycomb. where i am doing wrong that i can barely cut a 1mm cardboard with 100 mm per minute and 100 percent power with the material test results coming over and over in same. need help or anything that i am missing
