Creality falcon 2 not connecting

I am running Lighburn 1.3.01.
It was connected to Fox Alien Reizer 5W laser engraver and it worked good.
I have it in box in storage.
I just installed a new Creality Falcon 2 and did the device setting, but it is not connecting (waiting for connection).
The usb cable is good.
Tried powering on and off.

      Notice that your AUto is not picking up the machine

What i would do
a) right click windows menu → Device manager
b) Expand PORTS section
Unplug usb cable - take screenshot
Plug USB cable - take screenshot
(send here9

c) make sure the comport that does apear is
1- not duplicated - happens at times
2- on lightburn you are selecting that com port on the drop down menu

d) upgrade to 1.4.03 if you can
