A40630 not cutting Neje

Hello!
I have issue with my A40630. Trying to cut 4mm Plywood, but it takes 20 passes at full power. Also I am using air assist.
Tried focusing. Can anyone help me out?

      I have one of these, but I don’t usually try to cut with it…

My only pair of suggestions are

Doing a ramp test to determine the depth of focus
Setting your focus half way through the material…
This is about your only options… This assumes the machine is operating properly.
