How to have the laser on while framing

I recently purchased a new computer and transferred Lightburn to it. Only problem is that the laser no longer shows the outline when I choose “frame”. I can’t figure out how to re-enable that option again. Any help greatly appreciated.

      In Edit->Device Settings enable “Laser on when framing”.
In Move window, check the power level of the Fire button. Make sure it’s at an appropriate level for burning.
