Cut Editor Settings Using No. of Passes

Been working on finding the best setting to cut 1/4 in Basswood and settled on 100 speed and 60% power with 2 passes. The program will burn each color coded areas twice before moving on to the next area which is good with the exception of the smaller areas which can be over burned. What is the best way to burn the same color tool paths completely once before executing the second pass.
