USB communication failure of RDC6685U controller

My CO2 cutting machine is equipped with a Ruida RDC6685U controller. Before processing, when I connected the computer to the controller via a USB data cable, the system prompted a communication failure and the software failed to recognize the device. I initially suspected a problem with the USB data cable, but even after replacing it with a new one, the issue persisted. Any suggestions?

Go to Controller System Settings → External Storage/USB Settings and confirm that the USB function is enabled.
