The Ruida RDC6563FG experiences shaking during the cutting process

My fiber laser cutting machine uses Ruida's RDC6563FG control system. It used to perform cutting operations normally, but for some reason, it started shaking during cutting today. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you.

Try reducing the filtering coefficient and recalibrating the capacitor

Yes, I lowered the filtering coefficient and now there is no shaking phenomenon

Most shaking issues are mechanical problems. I suggest you first check the hardware, timing belt, pulley, screw, guide rail, etc
