The mutual moving head of the RDC6612U vision controller is not working, how can I solve this issue?

7EC2C0A4

When I use the RDC6612U vision controller for processing, the equipment appears to be functioning normally: the camera can take photos and perform recognition, and the system can accurately complete visual positioning. However, after switching to the mutual head mode, the mutual head never moves. I initially suspected a mechanical failure, but upon inspection of the motor, drive, and wiring, no abnormalities were found. Who can give me some advice? Thanks in advance.

Check if virtual array processing is used. If solid line array mutual displacement head is used, it will not work.

  • The coordinate system or multi head settings are incorrect, and the controller needs to allocate the correct coordinate system for each moving head. If the coordinates are not calibrated correctly or the task allocation is incorrect, the head cannot move.

  • Check if each axis of the interchangeable head is enabled
