RDVisionWorks isn't detecting edges,What should I do?

My image quality is fine, but edge detection isn't working in RDVisionWorks. Which key parameters need adjustment? Thanks in advance for your help.

    The following situations may have caused the issue: too high filtering, not drawing the effective area, incorrect width and height of the contour, removing the black border, and trying to select the effective area with a box
