Did you check the parameter settings and fill in the loop distance?

Have you checked the motor? If the motor doesn't rotate: the problem may lie in the motor itself (such as worn carbon brushes, burnt coils), the driver, or the control signal.
If the motor rotates but cannot feed material: check whether the transmission components such as the coupling, belt, and gear are loose, slipping, or damaged.

Check whether the feeding channel is blocked by residues, then inspect the mechanical components (rollers, belts, etc.) for any damage, and finally, check the sensor for any issues.
