I use RDVisonWorks, but the template matching processing accuracy does not meet the requirements

2. Switch to channels with strong contrast
3. Place the materials at an angle and reduce it to a template angle of about 20 degrees
4. Different materials have varying degrees of sensitivity to light. For example, white and light colored materials are more sensitive to light and require a decrease in camera exposure time. For black and dark colored materials, an increase in exposure time is necessary to achieve clear imaging. As a result, the template becomes clearer and the accuracy is enhanced.

Suggest checking one by one according to the following steps:
Does the camera pixel equivalent meet the requirements? (Accuracy requirement<2-3 times pixel equivalent)
Did you use a telephoto lens? (For high-precision flat surfaces, this is key)
Is the light source stable and equipped with a protective cover?
Is the Mark point large enough (>30 pixels) and clear in the image?
Is the template matching score stable at a high value (>0.75)?
Has the nine o'clock calibration been done recently? Verify if the residuals meet the standard?
Has the repeatability accuracy of the motion platform been verified?
Is the installation rigidity of the entire system (camera, tools) sufficient?
